In the early 1990'scoming with the trend of global manufacturing transferring to China,Wuxi ST.HANS was established,then ST.HANS'S first actuator was born .

ST.HANS supplies three series of actuators,that is Alpha A series stainless actuator,Alpha B series aluminium alloy actuator and Alpha C series aluminium alloy actuator.
Additionally ST.HANS supplies valve control accessories such as manual override,valve position feedback device,air pressure regulator-filter etc.Actuator ranges φ32~φ800,torque 5Nm~100000Nm.
In early 2010,the ST.HANS factory moved to Meicun Industry Park,the oldest town of the South River region.With a USD 9 million investment,it covers 25,000 square meters and hires 200 employees.It manufactures 250,000 actuators and sells around USD 35 million annually.

HPY Pneumatic Actuator PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1)CONSTRUCTION:
1.The pinion is high-precision and integrative, fully conforms to the lastest standards of ISO5211,NAMUR. The dimensions can be customized and the stainless steel is available.
Posotion indicator with NAMUR is convenient for mounting accessories such as Limit Swith box, Positioner etc.
2.HPY actuator have torque outputs for spring-return modles up to 110,000Nm and double-acting modles up to 260,000 Nm.

3.Operating temperatures:
Standrad:-20°C---+80°C
High Temperature:-15°C---+160°C
Low Temperature:-45°C---+80°C
4.Integral bi-directional travel stops, adjustable from -6° to 96° of total valve travel, assist the HPY Series in prolonging valve seat integrity.
5.HPY actuators are available with either B or C body moudles. The B body moudles provide a balanced torque at both the break and end positions. The C body moudles have a torque advantage in applications where higher break torquee is needed to unseat the valve, with less critical needs at the run or full open positions.
6.Made from low friction,long-life compound material, to avoild the direct contact between metals. The maintenance and replacement are easy and convenient.
7.The Mounting Flange conforms the ISO 5211.
Set up with positioning slot, anti-rotating hole and sink structures.
